The house has been renovated in authentic Andalusian style. Each unit has its own entrance and parking. The property is equipped with a BBQ, large terrace overlooking El Torcal and swimming pool.

The park, designated by the local government in July 1989, covers an area of ​​4,900 hectares.
The largest part of the park falls under the city council of Málaga and the rest belongs to Casabermeja. It is an area of ​​low-lying hills ranging from 80 meters to the top of "La Reina," which has an altitude of 1,032 meters.

The slopes used to be covered with trees, but when the Christian settlers returned to the area after the Reconquest, they replaced the natural vegetation with olive trees, almond trees and vineyards, which is more economically productive.
The cascading process of deforestation had a disastrous effect on Málaga, being responsible for the floods that often devastated Málaga. In the 1930s, the situation was only resolved by a program of afforestation, which led to the present appearance of the park.

In the upper layers, the humidity is very high with a Mediterranean-continental vegetation, while in the lower layers it is dry and there is a tropical-Mediterranean ecosystem. There are different types of trees in the park, the most common is the aleppo which is used for foresting the park. In addition, there are other types of conifers, such as the benjamini tree, cypress, etc.
The most dominant trees are the oak and the olive tree, while the chestnut tree, poplar, wild olive tree, ash, willow and the strawberry bush are less common.

CASA SUR

Casa Sur is located in the southern part of the property and is the first part you'll see when you enter the property.

Here you can park your cars.

It has a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms (2 persons) with their own bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)

On the outside there's a little terrace were you can enjoy the morning sun.

CASA NORTE

Casa Norte is located in the northern part of the property. When you'll walk past the pool you'll see the big terrace and the entrance of casa Norte.

It has a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, coffe machine, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The livingroom is equiped with a flat screen, dvd player and fireplace.

There are 2 big bedrooms. One for 2 persons with own bathroom and one room with 4 single beds.
